The IDC (Image Data Completion) feature allows you to get maximum efficiency from your transport by having all exception keying done from images at a remote PC (or multiple PC's).

IDC displays images of the stubs and cheques in a transaction, and even allows the operator to scroll through the images when there are more than two. Other features include one-key zoom to amount fields and validation of data entered field based on specific business rules.

Flexibility in Workflow

Use your transports or transports in One Pass, Two Pass, or Right Pass workflow configurations. Cheques can be encoded on a second pass if required.

Simple & Cost Effective Implementation

The Image Data Completion screens are almost identical to the ItemAge Express data entry screens on the transport, so additional training is minimal and it is easy to switch between different workflows.

IDC is provided on a site license basis, so you can utilize as many PC's on your network as required to handle your volume of exception work.
