ItemAge Classic

ItemAge Classic is scalable, parameter-driven software designed to automate critical payment processing functions, including data capture, document handling and data processing. A wide range of payment processors, including state and local governments, utilities, fulfillment operations, non-profits and newspapers/publishers currently use the software.

ItemAge Classic includes robust modules for remittance processing, cashiering/teller applications, check/lockbox processing, image archive and retrieval and Check 21/check conversion. 

The software features capabilities for power encode and read-and-key operation; multi-stub and multi-check handling; data entry for list bill and check-only processing; two-pass data capture and power encode; image keying; amount recognition; mark sense; in-line account lookup; cash, float and endpoint breakout; and multi-transport and multi-site processing.

Back-end functions include report generation, transmission file generation, Check 21 and ACH file delivery, workflow management, image archival and system administration.

Client-based and built on an open architecture, ItemAge runs on a range of industry leading capture hardware, including devices from NCR, Unisys, OPEX, Digital Check and FUJI.
