Creditron Wins Contract from Auto Insurer

Agricultural Workers Mutual Auto Insurance to Implement Image-Enabled Payments Processing Solution with Check 21 Capabilities

TORONTO, ON, October 03, 2009 – Creditron, a leading provider of payments processing and receivables management solutions, has been awarded a contract from Agricultural Workers Mutual Auto Insurance to provide a payments processing solution.

Based in Ft. Worth, TX, Agricultural Workers Mutual Auto Insurance is owned by its policyholders and operates as a select-risk company offering auto insurance to Texas agriculture professionals.  The company currently has more than 20,000 policyholders.

Creditron will deliver an image-based solution to enhance the auto insurer's processing of premium payments, resulting in increased staff productivity and better operations efficiency.  The solution will include modules for courtesy and legal amount recognition (CAR/LAR) for personal and business checks, image and data storage and retrieval, and the ability to deposit funds electronically via Check 21.  The solution also will include hot files to automatically stop processing of flagged accounts, and the ability to seamlessly import electronic files. 

The Creditron payments solution will run on a TS4120 document scanner from NCR.

After an evaluation of solutions, Agricultural Workers Mutual Auto Insurance selected Creditron based on the strong return on investment of its payments solution, its proven track record, and its willingness to interface with the insurer's administration and billing system.
