Amanda Hales, M.B.A.

Amanda has been in the banking and customized solution implementation industry for over eight years. Prior to joining Creditron, Amanda was a member of the Banking Services and Solution team at CGI in Toronto, Ontario. At CGI, she served as senior business analyst and subsequently as a team leader responsible for the implementation of customized banking solutions for credit unions across Ontario. Amanda’ roles included gap analysis, quality assurance testing, documentation, training and onsite implementation support. She worked closely with the programming staff and the client teams to ensure seamless conversion to the new banking solution. Amanda’s prior experiences include being a customer service manager at The Toronto Dominion Bank and an officer in the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves for 7 years. She holds an Honors Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA in Management Science from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.
